Dr. Marc Brooks

Dr. Marc Brooks has a proven record of starting up new facilities, implementing new methodologies and processes, and managing successful projects. Until end September 2008 he was Process Manager at Schott forma vitrum, working in different roles, e.g., interim supply chain manager, deputy director of the syringe business, and was supporting quality management as well as production.

From 2006 to 2007 he was Senior Business Process Manager of clinical operations at ALTANA (now Nycomed) setting up business process management for major IT projects and budget processes.

As International Validation Manager at ALTANA between 2003 and 2006 Dr. Brooks ensured compliance to regulations for all IT systems within clinical development and implemented a worldwide training concept.
